Modified Apparel

The Oregonian brings us this article about modifiedapparel.com:

The little black dress is a staple of the fashion world, but Modified’s little red dress with spark plugs up the side is fashion for folks on two wheels, be they scooterists or motorcyclists.

Of course, you may have neither the figure nor the inclination for an LRD, but fret not: Ben Jahrsdoerfer and Jeremy “Bob” Hansen at Modified also silkscreen cool designs onto a wide array of other scooter stuff, such as the pullover with reflective Vespa or Lambretta scooter profiles up each sleeve. Great for night riding.

There are T-shirts that advertise you as a Scooterist Guy, Scooterist Girl, Scooter Geek — or Scooter Assassin should you be feeling grumpy, that image is a vintage Italian news photo of a pillion-mounted shooter on a scooter. Or you can order a Scooter Militia shirt if you’re feeling Thompson-submachine-gun grumpy.
