The brianchild of one of our trustees who discovered the program while workign at the Liberty Science Center. This is an excellent family project as anyone who has witnesses swarms of butterflies in their garden can testify to. This foundation project is based at the University of Kansas. There is an exceleltn education component which would be approriate for a school or family project. In addition there is a way to register your garden as a monarch butterfly waystation and receive a designation plaque.
