Theer are 3 opportunities to view the Butterfly Gardens at the Doris Duke Estate in Mid July to early August. The trips are small number, so reservations are required and a butterfly expert will accompany each group during the 2 hour tour. It also gives an opportunity to see the gardens of the estate before the renovation reopens the farm for public tours in 2010.
